Much like a peach crisp, pie, or crumble, cobblers are known for their juicy fruit fillings and flaky crust. But unlike a crumble, which incorporates oats, a cobbler traditionally features a biscuit-like dough topping.

In this recipe, we deviate slightly from the classic cobbler by using a crispy bisquick topping for that extra layer of flavor and texture. However, you can still expect the delightful combination of sweet peaches and warm crust that defines a peach cobbler!
